We operate a fully digital fault logging, assignment and close out system, ensuring traceability of all work performed.
We use a network of dedicated specialists to ensure that we get the best group rates and service delivery.
Properties are inspected regularly to ensure all facilities are working and the inventory list is up to date.
We inspect the properties after each guest visit, completing a verification of the inventory list.
During each inspection all the functionality of items are checked and the condition of appliances and furniture noted.
